Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 4+ PQE
TSR Legal are currently supporting a highly regarded Top 200 law firm who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to their growing team based in Cardiff.
As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will play a key role as part of the national team, working on large-scale, multi-disciplinary residential portfolio transactions for registered providers, institutions, local authorities, and investors.
The role will involve:
* Acting as a point of contact with clients, agents, and stakeholders, including representing the team at project management meetings.
* Collaborating with colleagues on transactional matters, drafting tailored contractual provisions, and addressing conditionality arising from due diligence.
* Preparing client reports and advisory emails, highlighting due diligence findings and proposing practical solutions.
* Assisting with project management, task allocation, and supervising junior team members.
* Manage transactions from start to finish, maintaining direct client contact.
* Work closely with colleagues across the national portfolio, banking, and finance teams to coordinate transactions.
* Review and analyse due diligence materials, including title information and search results.
* Oversee project delivery through delegation and supervision, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Build and sustain strong client relationships, including participation in business development and marketing initiatives.
* Adhere to the firm’s competency framework and compliance standards, including Lexcel requirements.
* Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing across the firm and department.
