What will you be doing?
1. Shape Change: Help bridge the gap between different service areas and our enabling functions by facilitating workshops, mapping processes, and assisting with testing and data migration.
2. Drive Improvements: Identify opportunities to make services more efficient and effective.
3. Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure project objectives are understood and delivered.
4. Analyse and Document: Capture and document business needs for a variety of different system implementations.
5. Support Delivery: Assist throughout the project lifecycle, from assessing options and business case support through to implementation and testing.
About you
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be an expert yet—but you should bring:
6. An enthusiasm to learn and develop yourself.
7. An understanding of service delivery and the different remits of the variety of teams at NNC.
8. Skills in identifying and understanding stakeholder needs
9. Experience of documenting and analysing processes for improvement
10. Strong communication skills—you can explain complex issues clearly.
11. Confidence in working with a variety of stakeholders
