Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
As a Dynamics 365 Engineer, you’ll work as part of a product team developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions used across the firm. You’ll translate business requirements into well‑designed technical solutions, contribute to new features and enhancements, and support live systems within a modern DevOps environment.
This is a hands‑on engineering role, offering the opportunity to grow your technical capability while working on complex, business‑critical platforms.
What you’ll be doing
1. Designing, developing and configuring Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
2. Building plugins, workflows, custom actions and integrations within D365
3. Configuring entities, forms, workflows, business rules and process flows
4. Developing enhancements, fixes and integrations across Dynamics 365 CE
5. Supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps
6. Testing solutions to ensure quality, performance and security standards are met
7. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for live applications
8. Assisting with integrations using Power Automate, Azure Functions and APIs
9. Working collaboratively with product managers, engineers and stakeholders
About You
Essential experience
10. Strong experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform
11. Experience developing plugins, workflows and custom actions using C#
12. Experience building and configuring model‑driven apps
13. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (Power Automate, APIs, Azure services)
14. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, source control and automated deployments
15. Experience supporting live applications and resolving incidents
16. Experience working within Agile product teams
You’ll have experience with some or all of the following:
17. Dynamics 365 configuration & customisation
18. C# plugin development and JavaScript
19. Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power FX)
20. Azure integrations and DevOps tooling
21. Troubleshooting and supporting production systems
