Job Description
As the Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:
3. Ensure new starter and leaver forms are up to date
4. Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting to the system
5. Deliver monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay, benefits.
6. SMP,SSP,SPP and other statutory payments
7. Processing of Pension from Start to End.
8. Dealing with Attachment of Earnings and other deductions.
9. Respond to staff payslip queries
The Successful Applicant
To be successful as the Payroll Administrator you will be:
10. Experience in payroll processing including statutory calculations
11. Good use of Microsoft office, Word, Outlook and Excel
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Ability to speak with those at all levels to resolve queries
