We’re looking for a Group IT Director to lead the transformation, stabilisation, and ongoing evolution of technology across Splendid Hospitality Group.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role shaping a modern, scalable, and resilient IT operating model across our Hotels, Restaurants, and Care divisions.
You’ll strengthen our IT foundations — from service stability and infrastructure resilience to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and supplier performance — while defining and delivering a clear technology strategy that enables growth, efficiency, and outstanding operational delivery.

🔍 The Role
You will:
* Define and implement a scalable, resilient Group IT operating model
* Lead IT stabilisation and continuous service improvement
* Own supplier strategy, re‑procurement, and managed service performance
* Set and maintain enterprise architecture standards across infrastructure, systems, data, and integration
* Oversee cybersecurity, resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
* Establish strong governance across IT, data, and suppliers
* Deliver key technology and service transformation initiatives
* Own IT budgets, forecasting, and investment prioritisationPartner with senior leaders to align technology with growth and operational priorities
* Build and lead a lean, high‑performing internal IT team
* Act as a trusted technology advisor to the Executive Team, translating complexity into clear business outcomes
You’ll bring:
* Senior IT leadership experience in multi‑site hospitality, care, retail, or similarly complex environments
* A strong track record modernising and stabilising IT functions
* Experience delivering hybrid, supplier‑led IT operating models
* Deep understanding of ITSM, infrastructure, cloud/hybrid platforms, and enterprise systems
* Proven leadership in cybersecurity, resilience, DR, and continuity frameworks
* Strong commercial acumen, including budget, contract, and supplier management
* A hands‑on, pragmatic leadership style
* The credibility and confidence to influence at Executive and Board level
