Responsibilities
This is an opportunity to join a high performing corporate team supporting a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate governance and restructuring. You will play a key role in transactions from start to finish, assisting with due diligence, drafting and reviewing core legal documents, preparing board and shareholder materials and managing transaction processes to completion. The role offers exposure to high quality work across multiple sectors, working closely with Solicitors and Partners to deliver a responsive and commercially focused service to clients.
Candidate
You will be an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a solid grounding in transactional work, gained within a reputable legal environment. You will have a law degree and a strong academic record, coupled with excellent drafting skills and a sharp eye for detail. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you will be highly organised, proactive and confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills and a professional, client focused approach are essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm to develop your career within corporate law.
