The Role
As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving new client relationships and helping shape the company’s presence in the UK tech market.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Generating new business through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, phone, email)
* Building your personal brand in the UK tech space
* Developing strong candidate and client relationships
* Coaching and preparing candidates for interview processes
* Meeting clients and candidates regularly (in-person where possible)
* Taking ownership of your numbers and consistently hitting targets

* Confidence with cold outreach and building new relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to spot trends, opportunities, and high-calibre candidates
