Pay: £100–£110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (Monday–Friday)

We are recruiting SEN Graduate Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Hounslow, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. This role is ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, psychology, education, mental health or child development.

The Role
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant in Hounslow, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
* Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties and complex needs
* Assist teachers with classroom learning, behaviour support and daily routines
* Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication and engagement
* Work alongside SENCOs, therapists and pastoral teams

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for graduates who:
* Hold a degree (Psychology, Education, Criminology, Sociology, Health & Social Care or similar preferred but not essential)
* Have a genuine interest in SEN, mental health or education
* Are calm, patient, resilient and reliable
* Can commit to full-time work (Monday–Friday)
* Have experience with children or young people (school, care, tutoring, youth work or voluntary experience welcomed)
No previous school experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
