Job Description
A leading international law firm is seeing a junior to mid-level associate to join their highly regarded corporate and private equity team based in London. This role offers exposure to complex, cross-border, and high-profile transactions for a diverse client base, including major corporations, funds, and financial institutions. You’ll work within a collaborative environment that values initiative, professionalism, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on corporate M&A and private equity transactions, including sponsor-side deals.
* Draft and negotiate equity documents and related agreements.
* Support on transitional services agreements and ancillary matters.
* Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border deals.
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
1. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).
2. Significant experience in private equity transactions, ideally with sponsor-side exposure.
3. Strong background in corporate M ECM and public M&A experience is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team and manage client interactions confidently.
