Your new role Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to step into a leadership role. You will take ownership of a small, highly capable commercial team, leading four experienced Quantity Surveyors across a portfolio of refurbishment-led projects.This is a strategic yet hands-on role where you will oversee cost management, procurement, and commercial delivery while providing guidance and leadership to an already established team.
