About the role You will provide dedicated client facing international mobility services to assignees and designated business under the host model as well as be responsible for end to end international mobility operational service delivery, ensuring seamless mobility and a positive assignment experience. You will also assist the team lead in driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing guidance on best practice policies, procedures and systems in line with BPs agile working principles. What you will deliver Provide expert guidance on global and local mobility policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the business. Deliver high-impact mobility services for assigned transferees and business-facing PC&C, ensuring compliance with the international assignment policy, framework, and governance. Support vendor management, including performance reviews and the QPR process. Ensure compliance with all PC&C operational processes and regulatory requirements. Advise on policy-related disputes using knowledge of policy, practice, and precedent, escalating unresolved issues appropriately. Coordinate timely and effective service delivery from internal and external support providers. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business-facing PC&C and Line Manager Advisory teams, providing strategic advice on mobility policies and expatriate assignments. Support and execute projects and initiatives within the mobility people plan to align with business strategy. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification of mobility administration, contributing to efficiency projects. Champion reward operating model new ways of working to deliver mobility client services, where reward CoE and Operations and Advisory teams work together to achieve excellence in mobility. Work collaboratively with client services O&A team to deliver seamless mobility services in the new operating model. What you will need to be successful Proven experience within International Mobility, preferably within a global/multinational environment Excellent knowledge of international mobility processes and practices Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and skill development. Strong ability to prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic, high-demand environment. Confidence to challenge recommendations constructively. Excellent project management and stakeholder relationship skills. Ability to connect operational practicalities with reward strategy. Experience managing and navigating diverse cultural settings.
