It is an exciting time to join our Podiatry team in Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and we are seeking a full time, Band 6 Podiatrist to join us as we continue to build upon existing models and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months will include more digital advancement and MDT working.
The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated team, providing a high standard of clinical care. To be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of Podiatric care to a variety of patients with a wide range of clinical needs. Care will be provided in a range of settings. (community, acute, patients’ home, GP surgeries, nursing homes, community and hospital based mental health, across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven).
Experience of working with the high risk foot and knowledge of biomechanics is preferred.
This is a generic Band 6 role with opportunities to work in specialist areas.

To assess, diagnose and treat your own workload of patients with specialist care needs, maintain accurate records and associated management plan. The caseload will include patients who are at risk due to conditions such as:
* Chronic neuropathy
* Chronic disease, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis
* Vascular disease
* Immunosuppression
* Biomechanical foot pain
