About the Role As a Community Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with local communities, voluntary organisations, and partners. You’ll help ensure our leisure centres offer more than just physical activity – creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, feel supported, and thrive. You will work across various leisure centres in Birmingham, identifying opportunities to deliver inclusive, community-focused activities that meet the diverse needs of local residents.
