Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Advisor (Also known locally as a Property Manager) to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Birkenhead: The Wirral. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Starting Salary £25,000

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor.

7. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues
8. Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
9. Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date
10. Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
11. Liaising with landlords following regular property visits
12. Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
13. Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
14. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlord, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
15. Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
16. Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved

Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Advisor.

17. Strong customer service skills and confident communicator
18. Good team player
19. Customer focussed Contact or Call centre experience preferred
20. Ability to stay calm under pressure
21. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
22. Excellent planning and organisational skills
23. Good analytical ability
