About the Role
The Experience Assistant Site Manager supports the Manager’s operations, assists daily activities, and represents the team in the manager’s absence.
Location and Start Date
London, United Kingdom – December 2025 (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in daily operational management of the site and substitute for the Manager when absent.
* Handle calls from clients, suppliers and partners; monitor activity indicators of the site.
* Ensure proper use of the box office, collect invoices and draft meeting summaries.
* Participate in debriefing sessions and brainstorming with the team to track progress and achieve goals.
* Provide high‑quality customer service and client satisfaction.
* Assist with recruitment, schedule development, inventory, and onboarding of new hires.
* Run on‑site sessions, attract new B2B & B2C customers, respond to enquiries and maintain positive word‑of‑mouth.
* Guarantee safety and a welcoming environment for guests, suppliers and partners.
* Maintain relationships with local charity partners and other stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, live entertainment, franchise management or related industry.
* Understanding of budgeting, expense control and retail operations.
* Strong leadership and management skills with effective verbal and written communication.
* Excellent planning, organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and comfortable with technology.
* Good problem‑solving skills and ability to act quickly on the spot.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods; moderate level of fitness required.
* Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
* Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency with Google Suite.
