Working in partnership with Riada, FastHouse are revolutionising the way homes are built through precision-engineered timber frame systems that are fast, efficient and sustainable. FastHouse are recruiting across their manufacturing teams, with roles available for General Operatives. These are full-time positions with immediate starts, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance. There’s also a real focus on development and team culture, with ongoing training opportunities and regular team activities, breakfasts and fundraising events. About the role:
1. £Competitive salary
2. Monday to Thursday (6.00am to 5.00pm)
3. 40 hours a week

What you'll be doing in this role:
9. Operate production machinery and tools
10. Read and follow drawings and specifications
11. Maintain quality documentation
12. Support safety, efficiency and production targets
About you:
13. Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is desirable along with the ability to interpret production drawings and specifications.
14. A Forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
