Who We Are We’re a leadership development company on a mission to reduce human suffering by accelerating human development. Founded by Dr Alan Watkins - a physician and neuroscientist - we help people lead better, think more clearly, and create positive change in their organisations. Our work spans global corporates, schools, and elite sports teams, and what makes us different is our science- and data-led approach. This isn’t just coaching - it’s transformation grounded in neuroscience and behavioural systems thinking. We have spent decades helping thousands of leaders, teams, and organisations worldwide unlock their full potential. We’ve partnered with over 100 of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, helping leaders at every level drive development, performance, innovation, and long-term success across industries and continents. By blending individual and team coaching with tailored leadership academies, research-backed assessments, a cutting-edge wellbeing app, and certification programmes, we equip leaders with the tools and knowledge to transform themselves and their organisations. About our Products We take a multi-dimensional, integrated approach to leadership development, because true transformation starts from the inside out. Internal growth and self-awareness are essential, but they must translate into visible, impactful leadership behaviours. Our products are designed to bridge this gap, ensuring that inner development leads to external effectiveness. But leadership isn’t just about the individual. Quality leadership development extends beyond one person to transform teams and entire organisations. We help leaders not only refine their own capabilities but also elevate those around them, building cohesive, high-performing teams that drive business success. By equipping leaders at all levels with the skills and development they need, we create a radial effect that strengthens organisations from within by making leaders making them more adaptable, innovative, and complete versions of themselves. Our Vision & Purpose At Complete our vision is to create a world where leaders, from all walks of life, can overcome complex challenges by accelerating their growth & transformation in all dimensions.
