Salary: £36,000 - £44,500 per annum

Location: This role is available in various Birmingham Stores: Erdington - Sutton Road, Erdington - Kingsbury Road, Sutton Coldfield, or Kitts Green.

Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will:
* Set an inspiring example for your team and customers.
* Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Lead and motivate your team to reach their full potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
* Oversee deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs diligently.
* Provide excellent customer service and assist with all customer queries.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
