Staff Nurse – Outpatients | Norwich | Bank
Spire Norwich Hospital are now recruiting an experienced Staff Nurse to join our warm and friendly team in Outpatients on the bank.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient’s needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.
A Bank contract at Spire Healthcare is a flexible employment agreement where you are not committed to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you work on an ad-hoc basis, filling in shifts that we have available in our hospital. A Bank contract is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, as it allows you to choose shifts that fit your availability, leaving you with a greater work-life balance. Who we're looking for
4. Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
5. Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
6. Able to lead clinics
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Strong communication skills
9. Able to carry out wound dressings
10. Phlebotomy skills
11. Experience within an outpatient setting
12. Early recognition of clinical problems and report or take appropriate action
