Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We require substantial experience across multiple ServiceNow modules and applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, NLU, Security, HRSD, Service Portals, Workspaces, CMDB, and integrations. We require significant experience delivering value through the implementation of new or enhanced functionality within a large organisation in a ServiceNow environment. We require proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both as part of a team and independently. We require demonstrable experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across an enterprise tooling infrastructure, using initiative to identify solutions. We require strong working knowledge and practical experience of Agile and other IT methodologies. We require significant experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at different levels. We require a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification, and evidence of this qualification will be requested. We would prefer candidates with line management or mentoring experience supporting junior developers.
