Production Graphic Designer
Monthly Salary: $1,500 – $1,800
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time), with a 1-hour lunch
Location & Contract: Remote from Latin America | Contractor | Paid twice a month via Wise or Deel
Latino Legends is hiring a Production Graphic Designer on behalf of one of our U.S.-based clients, a fast-paced digital and direct advertising agency known for its data-driven approach and high-volume creative output.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in execution-heavy environments and enjoys the steady rhythm of production work. The focus is on efficiently creating and adapting large volumes of design assets across multiple platforms. Because much of the day-to-day work is repetitive and detail-oriented, we're looking for someone with strong patience, consistency, and a sharp eye for accuracy. You'll play a key role in keeping a high-performing creative team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-volume design projects across digital and print platforms
* Develop visual assets including email templates, digital banners, and direct mail pieces
* Gather and interpret client-provided information and marketing materials
* Translate project requirements into wireframes, mockups, and final assets
* Manage compliance and co-op requirements with accuracy
* Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables
* Optimize designs for performance, usability, and integration
* Update and refine ad templates based on performance insights and evolving technology
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and production goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for print and digital
* Experience with digital and press-ready file preparation
* Familiarity with online display ads (preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control
* Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment
* Organized, dependable, and process-driven
* Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
