Position Summary

Euravia Engineering & Supply Co Ltd, a part of Magellan Aerospace Kelbrook, Lancashire has an exciting opportunity for an Account Delivery & Procurement Planner.

* Full‑time – permanent position
* Weekdays Monday‑Friday 37.5 hours per week
* Job location: Colne Road, Kelbrook, Lancashire BB18 6SN

Responsible for coordinating project management and procurement activities, managing supplier and client accounts, and planning the timely delivery of goods or services while ensuring cost control, operational efficiency, and compliance with company procedures. Maintain profitable and productive growth in accordance with Euravia’s Business Plan.

Essential Responsibilities

* Developing comprehensive service delivery plans that align with the client’s business objectives and technical requirements
* Managing the end‑to‑end support delivery, including product deployments, data migration, and infrastructure
* Acting as the main point of contact for client escalations, service issues, and regular service reviews
* Defining, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Managing the profitability (P&L) of the account, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing invoicing
* Proactively identifying upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to expand the account portfolio
* Analysing customer account requirements to predict future needs and ordering materials in the correct volume to avoid stockouts or excess inventory
* Liaising with vendors to place purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory levels across multiple locations
* Ensuring that products and services meet the quality standards and delivery timelines specified in the contract
* Identifying potential bottlenecks, such as supplier delays, and developing contingency plans to maintain service continuity
* Acting as a liaison between external suppliers and internal departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to resolve disputes regarding quality, cost, or delivery times
* Oversee and coordinate import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements
* Work with minimum amount of supervision and maintain good level of productivity
* Positively support teamwork and circulation of experience within the workforce
* Support relevant MOS requirements and actively contribute to any 6S activities on site
* Work in a safe manner in compliance with company Health & Safety policy. Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur
* Any other reasonable duties as requested by management in support of the business


Position Requirements


Essential Criteria

* GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English
* 3 years’ experience within customer service and/or purchasing administrative position
* Knowledge of inventory control, production processes, MRP and SAP systems
* Proven experience in project management from conception to delivery


Desirable Criteria

* Experience in foreign trading / export – currency exchange, transportation, shipment terms and custom regulations

* Proficiency in MS Office (in particular, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
