Job Summary
Join the Revenue Operations team at NetApp as a Regional Revenue Operations leader. In this role, you will drive a predictable rhythm of the business, support sales growth initiatives, and partner with sales leaders across Direct Sellers, Partners, and Services Sales communities.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize best‑in‑class Rhythm of the Business with Sales leaders through regular cadence and rigor for pipeline management, and business reviews.
- Partner with Sales leaders to conduct proactive business and pipeline inspection, improving forecast accuracy and linearity.
- Own regional AOP & Planning processes from territory planning to go‑aling, driving gaps to AOP plans through sales growth initiatives.
- Drive local sales rep performance reviews, providing insight‑rich feedback.
- Instill sales process discipline, ensuring adherence to standards and holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Finance, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing—to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) for opportunity and pipeline management, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Experience in forecasting tools.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of any stated range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package.
