Responsibilities
* Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments, covering cognitive, behavioural, and emotional evaluations.
* Contribute to Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs) and provide detailed advice for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Offer expert consultation and advice to schools, parents, and professionals, fostering a supportive learning space and enhancing student wellbeing.
* Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to aid students' educational journey and social-emotional development.
Qualifications
* Doctorate in Educational Psychology (or equivalent recognised qualification)
* Evidence of continued professional development
Registration & Compliance
* Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice (0-25 years)
* Enhanced DBS clearance required
