Hours of Work: Full-Time, Permanent position.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic objectives by ensuring that customers receive exceptional service at all times. Working within a highly skilled team, you will provide both technical and product information while offering invaluable administrative support to the external Sales Team. Your role will not just be reactive; you will actively promote products and seek innovative ways to assist our customers. From managing customer enquiries to processing purchase orders, your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
Experience in a B2B sales support or customer service function.
Proficiency in MS Office and good understanding of customer databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
