What You’ll Be Doing Develop & Execute Multi-Channel Strategies Plan and launch campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, WhatsApp, and SMS Optimise marketing funnels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions Collaborate with content creators to align messaging and generate leads Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Turn Data into Performance Analyse campaign data to make smart, insight-led decisions Track KPIs like engagement, conversions, lead gen, and ROI Run A/B tests to optimise targeting, creative, and UX Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta insights) Collaborate Internally & Externally Partner with agencies to elevate paid and organic performance Align strategies with sales, customer service and business development teams Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery Present meaningful insights and recommendations to stakeholders CRM & Automation Optimisation Leverage automation and segmentation to personalise customer journeys Deliver high-impact lead nurturing campaigns via email and SMS Improve retention through lifecycle comms and CRM logic Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with privacy regulations Lead the Marketing Team Provide leadership, structure, and support to a small (but mighty) team Set clear performance goals and foster ongoing development Stay sharp on emerging trends, channels, and tech Recommend new platforms and tools that streamline and scale performance What You Bring Strong experience in multi-channel digital marketing Confident with CRM systems (like HubSpot) and analytics tools (like GA4) Proven ability to turn insight into action Great communicator, team player, and motivator A strategic thinker who’s also not afraid to get stuck in Why Join?
