A varied role including basic accounting, bookkeeping, business administration and management for a small client focused team.

Front of house” client contact – clients are treated like friends and customers!


Key Responsibilities

* Request client records and managing workflow.
* Invoicing and time records management.
* New client on-boarding.
* Assist with sending out of accounts and reports.
* Contacting HMRC.
* Other business admin tasks as required.
* Managing occasional large client communications.
* Working closely with client manager and director.
* Basic accounting and tax– training given.
* Potential to adapt role for the right candidate.
* Friendly

* Good standard of English

Working Arrangements

The working week: Office opening hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Flexible hours to suit but minimum 20 hours.

Location: Principal work base is our Abingdon office in Oxfordshire.
