Job Title: Warehouse Lead Location: Skelmersdale (Full-time, On-site) Contract: 6 Months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Skelmersdale site. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can be effective from day one. You'll support both production and dispatch warehouses, ensuring smooth processes, strong performance, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across production and dispatch. Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and service at all times. Provide clear, consistent leadership and operational guidance to the warehouse team. Monitor operational rates and collect, collate, and present reports for Tier 3 meetings. Work within the frameworks and constraints of the newly implemented SAP system. Support warehouse teams in navigating SAP processes, even where tasks may be time-consuming.
