Role: Product Specialist
Location: Kingswinford
About the role:
1. Undertake daily duties to include Eos Query Management, IBT’s, Requisitions, Orders, Works Orders, Outstanding Orders, Quotes, Tender response, Project costing & quotation.
2. Provide viable price and delivery recommendations based on available system information
3. Resolve supplier issues on Delivery performance or returns, credits etc.
4. Monitor Shared Outlook Inbox, Monitor Personal Outlook Inbox,
5. Help educate and build product knowledge within the Branch Network.
6. Assist with order book to ensure accuracy of monthly targets, OTIF and business reporting requirements.
7. Supplier interaction/relationship building with core suppliers \Eriks Branch Network.
8. Contribute towards continuous improvement by proactively making suggestions and taking the lead.
9. Assist and participate with any training needed - system and product training.
Hours of Work:
08.30am - 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
40 hours per week
1 hour break
About you:
10. Experience in an internal sales or customer service function
11. Desire & competence to deliver excellent customer service
12. Capable to provide product / commercial solutions
13. Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
14. Working knowledge of MS Office applications – Namely Word, Excel and Outlook.
15. Experience in a technical biased role I.e. engineering, product, solution sales etc.
16. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
17. Ability to work effectively individually and within a team in person and remotely
18. Flexible attitude with a curiosity to learn and develop
19. Focused on quality with an eye for detail.
