Regional Growth Business Development & Marketing Manager
Location: Covering Scotland and the North (North West, Yorkshire, North East)
Salary: £48,000-£50,000
Ideal Base: Within commuting distance of Edinburgh or Glasgow
A Top 10 accountancy firm is seeking a strategic and driven Regional Growth BD & Marketing Manager to join their Market & Clients team. This role offers the opportunity to lead regional growth initiatives, working closely with Partners and Directors to deliver go-to-market strategies, manage key accounts, and coordinate local campaigns and events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility and supporting business development across multiple service lines, with a particular focus on the Scottish market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and execution of regional growth strategies
* Drive business development activity across target accounts and sectors
* Lead and deliver local marketing campaigns and events
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the region
* Manage PR relationships and internal communications
* Measure ROI and report on progress
