Job Title: Production Team Leader (Evening Shift)

Hours: Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of your production line, leading a team of 5 Production Operatives to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* As a Production Team Leader, you will set up and run your own production line.
* Manage and motivate a team of 5 operatives, including training, performance, sickness, and holiday management.
* Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
* Ensure product and process quality standards are met.
* Report directly to the Shift Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

* Previous management or team leadership experience.
