Responsibilities:
Quantitative Research:
As a Senior Quantitative Researcher, you'll play an essential role in supporting data analysis and reporting for multi-market quantitative surveys on youth and their media habits. Alongside your team, you will create comprehensive and insightful presentations to communicate research findings. Your contributions will be vital to the success of these projects, ensuring the results are both accurate and actionable. * Lead projects from inception through to delivery - manage multiple projects concurrently, with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Lead & craft on the design of research materials (questionnaires, tab specs) to ensure high-quality data is captured and delivered to clients
* Manage quantitative projects and advanced question design and analysis - including segmentation, cohort analysis and maxdiffs
* Help inspire and develop junior members of the team
* Build the department's profile by presenting at conferences/breakfast meetings
* Willingness to travel abroad to attend them
Skills & Qualifications:
Quantitative research:
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful reports/ presentations, and support others in doing so
* Oversee the design and population of report templates, leading on reporting, storytelling, and any presentation requirements.
* Experience using analysis software tools, such as Q, Google Sheets
* Oversee the data-checking process and lead the investigation of any data queries which may arise
* Confident communicator who has experience building relationships with clients and winning new business
* Experienced in proposal writing, creating this from beginning to end, with no supervision
* Strong commercial awareness and desire to help the business deliver on its financial objectives.
* Ability to build and maintain strong and collaborative client partnerships
* High levels of logical thinking & problem-solving skills with the ability to work innovatively to deliver both short-term and long-term goals

* A passion for research, excellent communication skills and experience working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Additional requirements:
* We would require this person to be in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week and must provide their own suitable workstation for working at home (IT equipment will be provided by the company).
* A successful applicant must carry out an enhanced DBS check and have an active DBS Update subscription (arranged and paid for by the company) for safeguarding purposes when working with children and families.
Salary will be based upon experience and job role; Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level
