This is a new role that will work as part of an established senior management team, to provide oversight, leadership and management of all operational functions of Middlewood General Practice services, ensuring that the organisation continues to deliver high quality, safe and effective care for our patients., Be integral to the smooth running of the Partnership by providing senior leadership in managing the delivery of operational activities and service delivery.
Oversee the management of our multi-disciplinary care model, enhanced service provision, patient facing services, and day to day running of our practice bases.
Hold responsibility for the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Work closely with the Managing Director and other leads and managers to ensure that the operational activities align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation, and national standards and requirements.
Provide informed support and input to the development of the operational strategy for Middlewood.
Be a member of, and support the Managing Director in shaping the agenda of, the Middlewood Executive Operational Committee. Take delegated responsibility to make decisions that impact the organisations operational processes and contribute to the achievement of its strategic objectives.
Deliver of a work plan as agreed by the Managing Director and Partnership.
Under the guidance and support of the Managing Director and PCN Clinical Director, oversee the implementation of the operational elements of the PCN DES.
Under the guidance of the Managing Director, oversee the delivery of enhanced clinical services and ad hoc contracts.
