Elevation Recruitment Group’s HR division is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit a Group HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis in the Ilkley / Keighley area.
This is an exciting, hands-on role supporting the whole Group for and would suit someone who is operating as a HR generalist who thrives on variety, HR Administration and payroll within a fast-paced HR function.

Key responsibilities as a HR Advisor:
* You’ll be the go-to support for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR advice
* Coordinating accurate payroll and pension inputs
* Guiding managers through absence, performance and wider ER matters
* Support recruitment activity, own the onboarding/offboarding cycle
* Maintain HR systems, ensuring records are accurate and compliant
* You’ll play a key role in group-wide engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
* Support the Head of HR and ensure seamless service delivery
What You’ll Bring
* CIPD qualified or working towards this
* Confident handling all aspects of the employee lifecycle
* Good working knowledge of payroll processing
* Strong IT capability: Sage Payroll experience is a real advantage
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering is desirable, but not essential
