Position: Finance Administrator
K3 is seeking a Finance Administrator to join the K3 Products business unit in Bristol, UK. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day transactional finance operations for the K3 Fashion business, supported by a finance manager to be recruited. The role requires experience in processing accounting transactions, managing ledgers, reconciliations, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expenses processing, including VAT allocation and policy compliance
2. Purchase invoice processing for the UK and Netherlands, including payment runs
3. Ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Creating and maintaining contracts in the finance system
5. Processing contracts and order forms via DocuSign
6. Closing opportunities in the CRM system post-sale
7. Managing Microsoft Licence portal for customer renewals
8. Processing new orders and managing Fashion Licence renewals
9. Communicating with partners regarding maintenance renewals
10. Capitalization of development hours
11. Cost management and control
12. Supporting the Finance Manager with accounting for Walton and Unisoft entities
13. Treasury duties including bank postings, reconciliations, and direct contact with Barclays
14. Daily cash management support
15. Supporting UK and Netherlands entities during audits
Requirements
1. Part/full qualified AAT, relevant degree, or similar experience
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3. Basic accounting knowledge
4. Experience in transactional finance processing and ledger management
5. Confident, results-driven, and able to challenge policy compliance and financial data
6. Availability to work 3 days in Bristol office and 2 days from home, with flexibility
