 
        
        As the Outbound Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a dynamic outbound sales team. Responsibilities
 * Lead from the front with active involvement in outbound sales efforts including cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
 * Coach and develop sales reps through regular call reviews, 1:1 sessions, and targeted skills training.
 * Monitor and analyse team performance using sales metrics (dials, connects, conversion rates).
 * Adjust tactics and strategy based on performance insights and market feedback.
 * Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to activity and quality benchmarks.
 * Foster a high‑motivation culture built on energy, resilience, and positivity.
 * Translate commercial strategy into daily actions and clear direction for the team.
 * Support reps with pitch refinement, objection handling, and value‑driven messaging.
