Demonstrating strong classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour and achievement. Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils. Delivering engaging lessons across the full range of Key Stage 2 subjects, in line with the National Curriculum. Monitoring progress and providing effective feedback to support pupil development.
