We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company that specialises in high-specification equipment supplied to industries including pharmaceutical, food & beverage, healthcare, and cosmetics.
They're looking for a Commercial Administrator to provide key support to both Sales and Service departments. This is a busy, varied role ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident communicating across teams and with customers.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating admin across the full customer lifecycle from initial enquiry through to after-sales support.
Responsibilities include:
•Daily admin support to Sales and Service teams
•Managing customer enquiries and assisting with quotations
•Updating and maintaining CRM and sales records
•Compiling monthly reports and KPIs
•Processing service reports and booking travel for engineers
•Coordinating internal meetings and customer visits
•Assisting with service quotations and order processing
•Acting as a key point of contact across departments
What You'll Need
•Previous experience in a fast-paced sales administrative role
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
•CRM experience is desirable
