Audio Visual Technician 12 months FTC
Where you will work: London and Dublin (80% London, 20% Dublin). This is a hybrid role with travel requirements.
You will take ownership of high end audiovisual infrastructure across key European sites while delivering technical excellence in a high performance environment. This role offers the autonomy to manage sophisticated systems and the scope to influence user experience at a premier level.
What you will need
Right to work in the UK without sponsorship - we cannot sponsor candidates for fixed term contract positions
Proven experience providing onsite technical support for professional audiovisual systems
Strong understanding of signal flow and integrated audio systems
Good networking knowledge including IP addressing and virtual local area networks
Your package
Up to £60,000 per annum for a 12 month fixed term contract - up to £5k per month
The work
Provide onsite technical support to ensure high availability and performance of all audiovisual systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues across conferencing and display environments
Assist with the installation and commissioning of system upgrades and new infrastructure
Maintain accurate documentation and support logs while coordinating with internal teams and vendors
Your profile
Expertise in troubleshooting complex audiovisual hardware and software issues
Familiarity with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom Rooms
Experience with control system programming
Understanding of audiovisual over internet protocol technologies and multicast networking
Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high quality customer support
Relevant technical certifications in networking or audiovisual systems
