Customer Service Coordinator (Part-Time, 30hrs/week)

📍 Location: London 1 day onsite a week in office.
📄 Contract: Part-time (30 hours per week)
👤 Reporting to: Ecommerce Manager
The Role:
As our Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll be the voice of the brand-managing customer enquiries and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience across every touchpoint. From order queries to resolving complex issues, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Managing customer enquiries across email
* Supporting customers with orders, delivery, returns & product info
* Resolving issues (late deliveries, damaged items, complaints) with care
* Processing returns and exchanges efficiently
* Collaborating with warehouse, operations & e-commerce teams
* Coordinating with couriers and internal teams to solve fulfilment issues
Ideal candidate:
* Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred)
* Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
* Proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Shopify, SWAP, Global-e a bonus!)
