Key Responsibilities
* Contact prospective students and clients via telephone.
* Promote educational courses, training programmes, and services.
* Generate leads and convert enquiries into enrolments.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Meet individual and team sales targets.
* Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to potential learners.
Requirements
* Previous telesales, sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Target-driven and results-oriented.
* Basic computer and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
