As a Pension Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end reconciliation and reporting process for a portfolio of customers. Your Impact:

By reconciling pension contributions, authorising remittances, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations, you'll help maintain trust and transparency in the pension process. Your proactive approach and dedication to resolving issues will reinforce our reputation for excellence and reliability in the delivery of managed pension services.
Role Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile a portfolio of pension services from start to finish in line with client requirements and documented procedures.
Perform quality checks on pension contributions and reports before submission to senior team members and clients.
Investigate and resolve errors or discrepancies in pension data, collaborating closely with the Senior Pension Analyst as needed.
Reconcile reports and authorise pension remittances in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain clear, accurate records across all relevant systems and software applications.
Ensure all submissions are made on schedule and in compliance with agreed procedures.
Respond to client communications promptly and professionally, in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Proactively monitor and manage progress on time-critical issues to ensure deadlines are met.
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Uphold high attention to detail to ensure alignment between payroll outputs and pension reporting.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results within defined role parameters.
Seek out learning opportunities and participate in ongoing professional development.
Adhere to security policies and procedures, safeguarding all sensitive data and reporting any security concerns or breaches.
Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated by your manager, in line with your skills and role.
