Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Export
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Must live locally to Sunbury
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and documentation requirements.
* Communicate with customers to understand their export needs and provide timely and accurate information.
* Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to arrange shipments.
* Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
* Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers as needed.
* Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.
* Private Medical and Dental coverage after probation period
* 20 days of holiday allowance, increasing with tenure
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Export coordination
* Proficient in customer service and communication
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Knowledge of export regulations and documentation
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
