About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning delays. Support students in accessing the curriculum across a variety of subjects such as English, Maths, and Science. Work collaboratively with the SENCO, class teachers, and external specialists to implement personalised education plans (IEPs).
