Benefits as a HR Coordinator include:Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the office per week Immediate Start AvailableWeekly Pay The successful candidate will help support with the day to day administration including recruitment admin, processing new starters, systems, supporting the on-boarding and pre-employment checks including: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on routine HR queries and escalating complex issues where appropriate to the HR AdvisorProvide administrative support across HR casework, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence processesSupport recruitment activity end to end, from adverts and approvals through to interviews, pre-employment checks and onboardingMaintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with audit and data requirements.Produce HR reports and management information, supporting HR Advisors and the wider business.Co-ordinate mandatory training administration, keeping training records and matrices up to date and managers informedThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within a healthcare, NHS, Education or public sector background and have sound system and technology knowledge.
