Your Role: Materials & Logistics Team Leader
As the Materials & Logistics Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our Goods Inward and Shipping Functions. Your mission? To ensure that all incoming materials and outgoing finished goods are processed accurately, safely, and on time. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and effective service delivery.
What You Will Bring:
* Expertise in International Shipping: Knowledge of shipping protocols, Incoterms, commodity codes, and tariff classifications.
* Documentation Management: Proven ability to handle complex import/export documentation and customs entries.
* Team Leadership: Experience in supervising the "Goods In" process and managing team performance.
* Safety Commitment: Dedication to maintaining a safe working environment through adherence to HSE policies.
* KPI Monitoring: Skilled in developing and analyzing Key Performance Indicators to ensure process compliance.
Your Responsibilities:
* Goods In: Oversee the receipt, inspection, and booking-in of all incoming materials.
* Shipping: Manage transport logistics and ensure compliance with customs documentation.
* Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records and lead cycle counts.
* General Leadership: Foster a positive team environment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
