Here at our modern, sustainable factory in Basildon, we are looking to recruit a JPQC coordinator for our busy Joinery Processing Quality Control department. The ideal candidate will have a relevant industry qualification in Bench Joinery, or previous experience within a similar joinery quality control environment and be someone who can demonstrate an understanding of detailed production drawings. Responsibilities include: To review manufactured products against production information, ensuring quantity, quality and conformity to specification Produce accurate labelling including formulating a list of components for works collated Ensure all products are clearly labelled Ensure goods consolidated are suitably protected with packaging prior to storage or transportation Process/consolidate finished joinery including associated items such as metalwork, glass & upholstery to ensure clear identification and quality of product is not compromised Identifying construction/design issues at the earliest opportunity We require someone proficient in Microsoft Windows Software packages who has the ability to prioritise their workload, be an effective communicator and have excellent attention to detail.
