Project Coordinator - Sittingbourne Hybrid
Role & Responsibilities:
* Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
* Performing general administration duties
* Creating orders on the system and scheduling works
* Creating invoices and setting up part numbers
* Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skillset
* Previous experience in the supply chain industry
* Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
* 5+ GCSEs with a minimum of grade C or above
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
* Experience with ERP systems/databases
