Doncaster Tax Solutions Limited is seeking a bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis to join our small family run practice. A standard week will be 12-16 hours depending on requirements with potential to increase to more.
The minimum requirements for this role include experience of Sage 50 Accounts, AAT Level two, and experience working in small working environment.
The role responsibilities include:
* Balancing accounts
* Bank reconciliations
* Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
* Completing VAT returns
* Supplier reconciliations
* Keeping organised and working to our bookkeeping system
* Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
* Assisting with payroll and pension submissions
* Generating ad-hoc reports when requested by management
Part-time hours can be flexible around other commitments, however we would require the hours to be split over 3 days and for the days to be reasonably consistent.
