What will you do?
* Oversee the logistics team on non-match days and event days, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification, and completing preparation activities for all areas, ready for the next event
* Operate manual handling equipment in line with provided training, immediately reporting any maintenance issues, and supporting the operational team with logistical needs
* Support the training and development of team members, ensuring their competency in safe systems
* Communicate with internal team members, suppliers, and hire companies
* Adhere to the Delaware North policies and procedures, and ensure that the operation is in accordance with current practice, management, and measurement of health & safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards
More about you
* 3+ years’ experience, including previous experience with large-scale venue set-up
* Level 2 or 3 manual handling, forklift, and other relevant mechanical equipment licenses are beneficial
* Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
* Must have a flexible approach to working hours
* No degree required
